Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 business days. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are based on item( t-shirt, hoodie, hats..) and quantity of items.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

We accept returns within 30 days. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the item amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sapphirebrandllc@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
